The Lookout Bears will be hosting our 3rd annual event known as CHATTABEAR. This year we have been working very hard to continually make this event better and more fun for it's attendees. Out theme for this year is Keep on Rollin'!! There will be rollin' on the river as well as tracks and as I am sure with most bear events, ROLLING IN THE CLOVER. The event has been pushed out to MAY because lets face it, the first two years, we had snow or the threat of it which doesn't make for fun if you're planning outdoor events. So come on down, up or over to join in the fun and festivities.

THURDAY May 1 st
CHECK IN 4p to 11p
MOVIE TIME and Popcorn in Hospitality Suite 9 pm
Free time for fun and frolic all evening
FRIDAY May 2 nd
Breakfast downstairs at 6:30a to 9a
Early Check In 10a to noon
Train Excursion 1:15p (group leave hotel at 12:15p to arrive and get tickets before 1:15 train departure) $14
Free Time for Dinner
Additional CHECK IN TIMES during day in hospitality suite
Mr Chattabear/Chattacub/Chattachub Contests 8p to 10p
SATURDAY May 3 rd
Breakfast downstairs at 6:30a to 9a
Movie and Popcorn in Hospitality Suite 10 am
Cookout on Patio at noon
Silent Auction 2:30p-5p & Bear/Cub Auction 2p-2:30p
Dinner Cruise be at the boat before 6:30p BOAT WILL LEAVE YOU
Private Pool Party 10p to midnight
Movie and Popcorn for those that don't want to take a dip
SUNDAY May 4 th
Breakfast downstairs at 6:30a to 9a
Goodbyes in the Hospitality Suite 10a-11a
Check out of hotel by NOON

LIMITED TO THE FIRST 100 REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED The EVENT FEE for 2008 was$125 NOW $110 due to NO MORE SHIRTS AVAILABLE!!! There is still $10 off for any LOOKOUT BEARS member. So if you aren't a member you can join and save money on Chattabear 2008.

HOTEL ROOMS MUST BE RESERVED BY April 6th, 2008 THE HOTEL HAS RELEASED MORE ROOMS TO US FOR OUR RATES AND WILL BE AVAILABLE UP THRU THE EVENT IF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE!!!
RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE ASSESSED A $35.00 RECOVERY FEE( if not paid in full prior to event will forfeit registration from this and future events.)
NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE EVENT!!!
